Livingway letting agency
Leo from Livingway letting agency made the paperwork for relocation easy. He spoke me through it step by step, he answered the million questions I had and help with any queries along the way.
Upon arriving at the property both for viewing and move in day I was greeted by Adam the property manager who again made relocating a breeze showed me round the apartment, around the outside of the building left no question unanswered. He then offered to help me move all my belongings into the apartment! Above and beyond from both aspects

Livingway - spot bolton
I lives at Spot for 2 years, the apartment was great and the team was amazing, there were a few kinks here and there but Adam was always ready to help and fix anything.
My stay there was lovely and i would recommend to anyone whose looking to move to Bolton.

Livingway - Rufus Court
We lived in Rufus Court, Leeds for just over 2 years. Moving in during the pandemic lockdowns was effortless (and safe), with the Livingway team on site to help us settle in and get sorted.
Special mention to Aidan at head office who has been a pleasure the entire tenancy, especially the flexibility he offered us during the last few months while we completed the purchase of our house.
Livingway is offering top quality, affordable, properties with superb benefits & community integrations. And to top it all off, their customer service is unmatched from a property management, letting agents, maintenance & landlord perspective.
The properties are clean and well maintained, with onsite management there on most weekdays to help with any issues.

Moving in was okay. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Main issue was that the apartment was not professionally cleaned. Quite a bit of dirt on the floors and the toilet not being cleaned properly was disappointing.

Outstanding Team at Spot
Having just moved into the Spot apartments, have to say the service I’ve received from start to finish has been outstanding! From having such a short turnaround, the team have bent over backwards to accommodate me & make my move as smooth as possible.
Communication has been super quick & clear, and the team at Spot are friendly, approachable & have gone out of their way to welcome me & make sure I have everything I need, ensuring any teething problems have been dealt with quickly.
Thanks to you all, for making a very big & daunting move to a whole nee place a whole lot easier.

Best place by the docks and amazing staff
I’ve moved to the Roco Building 6 weeks ago and the experience has been nothing but delightful. Background and references check took 24 hours and I was able to move in 2 days. The apartment is gorgeous, amazing location, very quiet, and the staff is the best I’ve encountered so far. Andy, Kayleigh and Danny are very friendly, approachable and helpful. Everything gets sorted straight away and I’ve never felt more welcomed. Kudos to all your hard work and looking forward to the next year with Roco.

I happened to come across this company on rightmove and from the onset I was sold due to the swift responses I got and the manner in which I was treated. I just moved in recently and thanks to Adam who was on ground to show me around when I came for the viewing and he was honest, he even gave me a ride to view another Livingway property. Well done 👏

I can’t thank enough for the help from Danny, Leo and Aidan. They helped me changed over the apartment and provided me with immediate response for all necessary procedures including getting a new tenancy agreement to sign. I am relieved and feel warm for receiving good care from them.
