I am disabled,they fitted in 9 working days a En-suite wetroom, to a very high standard, the fitter was excellant, polite at all times ensuring that everything was alright for my disablility everyone from the salesman to the girls in the office could not have been any more helpful.we are very happy with how things went and could not be more pleased. Well done Wayne.

Excellent Service. Complete new shower room fitted within a month of contacting them. Jamie the surveyor was helpful and informative. Ben, the fitter, was amazing. He worked so hard all day and his work was of an excellent quality. I would definitely recommend them.

Pete did a great job arranging the installation and was flexible to the needs of myself and my husband who is terminally ill, while also keeping the spec modern and looking good. He helped us carefully consider all options and didn't pressure us at all. Pete was also a great support when my husbands condition deteriorated and we weren't sure if we could go ahead

Dan was an incredible fitter - told the job would take 8 days and he did it in 3 all before the weekend! He clearly takes pride in his work but was also super friendly and kept me updated on everything, letting me know if things couldn't go ahead as originally planned and kept options open as to what could be done instead.

The bathroom looks amazing and I'm chuffed!

Installation of new shower unit absolutely a first class job by the engineer Wayne Hallam transformed my bathroom would fully recommend this company

We have a separate bathroom and toilet both of which we completely refitted less than ten years ago. We wanted to have a shower unit which would be more accessible and a comfort height toilet. We did not want the expense of a complete refit of both rooms.
We have had several plumbers over the last couple of years tell us that it would not be possible to swap the toilet without ruining the surrounding unit behind it.
Phil, the salesperson was delightful, he put no sale pressure on us and was able to design the perfect shower area.
The fitter, Dan Casey, was amazing. He was hardworking, friendly and polite. When he had completed both installations you would not know there had been any changes to the original bathroom and toilet.
We are VERY pleased with the results and would recommend this firm unreservedly.

Just had a small/medium bathroom totally refurbished by AHM Installations.
Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience, especially the installer, Andy Joyce. Whilst AHM weren't the cheap-and-cheerful option the whole project was fitted and managed very professionally. In any fairly complex project there are bound to be things that don't go quite according to plan : Andy coped with these hurdles admirably, taking away any need for me to get involved with talking to eg suppliers and other third parties. I was kept informed of progress and plans throughout.
As well as managing the unexpected, I'd be surprised if you'd find anyone who knows the whole job (plumbing, installing panels etc, painting) as well as Andy.

Excellent service throughout from design to completion. Installation team, in particular Dan, were thoughtful, considerate and hard working producing a high standard shower room. All waste was removed quickly and the overall work completed well within the time expected.

The bathroom was installed by Mike and he did a great job. Explained how to use everything that was installed. He always cleaned up after himself. Would recommend them highly.

I chose AHM Installations as my parents had previously used them to create a walk in shower. My parents were extremely pleased with the high standard of the work and the customer service that they received.

I wanted to turn my bathroom from a walk in shower to a wetroom.
The surveyor Alan visited my home. Alan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As I have a progressive disability I had a good idea of what I needed and what I wanted. I discussed my needs with Alan and was pleased that what I wanted was all possible.
From Alan's samples I then chose the colour of the flooring, the wall panels and the type of thermostatic shower I wanted.

Three weeks later the day arrived for the work to begin and my installer Michael began. Michael was a lovely bloke, he kept me informed of what he was doing, answered any questions that I had and I felt comfortable having him in the house. Importantly Michael understood that I would need the shower controls placing at a seated height for my disability.

Every day Michael worked solid only taking a 20min break during the day. Michael also cleaned up as he went along and regularly checked with me that I was happy with the work.

Michael's standard of work was exceptionally high and he had a good eye for detail. It was so refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work.

Mark who laid the wetroom floor also worked to a high quality standard and was friendly and professional.

Due to a couple of technical problems the job did run over by a few days. Which can happen. But the company sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers as an apology. I thought that this was a lovely gesture and made me feel that as a customer I was important to them.

As the job ran over on the last day a lovely installer Dean finished off a few bits. Once again Dean worked to a very high standard with a good eye for detail.

Every person that I dealt with at AHM Installations was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel valued as a customer.

I now have a lovely high quality, stylish wetroom. Which meets the needs of my disability.

I would have no hesitation in recommending AHM Installations.

We have just had a wet room installed in a downstairs living area. The installation included building a new wall in part of a living area, which had to be in constant use. In spite of the challenging conditions Barry produced a great result in slightly less time than we had expected, without any significant impact on the provision of care to my wife.

Just had a Toilet Replaced, Fitter friendly, left the job clean and tidy, Wayne did a exalent job.

We have just had our shower room upgraded, with cubicle, wash basin, vanity unit, toilet ,wall panels and flooring. It has made a real difference to us and looks lovely.
Michael the installer did a great job, as the place was small where the work was carried out, he always explained all that he was doing , and always left the place clean and tidy each day. Would recommend AHM.

Peter Andrews the surveyor has an eye for detail but a diplomacy towards yours needs. Very friendly but professional and follows through meticulously.

Dan Casey fitted the bathroom. He had traveled from Nottingham (I asked him), a 3 hour drive. Up at 4 am arrived at 8 am and worked solidly until around 5:30 to 5:45. He came back at 8 the following morning and finished just before 5.
He did a great clean up and I was guided by his intuition as to how best to address certain issues he found and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Tomorrow the Electrician will arrive to bring the lighting up to code and address the vent.

In view of the personnel involved in my new bathroom that I’ve met so far, I have no doubt the electrician will be of the same high standard of workmanship.

AHM - you can believe their good credentials - I will vouch for that any time.

UPDATE: Electrician (Mike Loveridge) arrived at the time informed. Very professional but friendly and approachable; advised on fixtures and worked diligently to completion. Very pleased with his efficiency, explanations and final work. Thank you Mike.

Removal of materials was advised as to arrival, and kept informed- and everything cleared away. Did not meet the clean-up team as I was out, but a big Thank You to them too. Good job!

It was great from start to finish. They sent someone to assess our current bathroom and find out what we needed. They sent a plan and quote that was easy to understand. We could contact them easily on the phone to ask questions. They booked us in and turned up on time. The fitter, Dan, was top class, the finish is excellent. He even cleaned and tidied everything as he worked. We are delighted with our new bathroom and it has made our lives much easier.
