Not so good after all!

Having now got my cushions out for the summer I have discovered that this cover leaks very badly as they were soaking wet yesterday. I reached out to Livivo to be told they only have a 90 day warranty! Not come across this before, most items have a 12 month warranty. Needless to say I will never purchase from them or recommend them to anyone again.
I just ordered a garden bench cover as my old one was damaged. Super service, it arrived in under 24 hours! Good quality cover which seems to resist rain very well and looks very smart. The follow up email thanking me for my purchase was a nice touch.
I also have a heated throw from Livivo, purchased last winter. Such a lovely soft blanket which washes very well, it’s that cosy I rarely have to plug it in! I’ve recommended it to family and friends, they love theirs too.

I love my Livivo heated throw
I love my Livivo heated throw. It has saved me having to have my heating on all day thus economic.
Customer service is excellent too. I cannot recommend it enough.

Avoid Livivo heated blankets
I bought a Livivo heated blanket but did not use until this year as its not been cold enough and after less than a week of use the controller is dead! Livivo just say its out of warranty (less than a few weeks out) and no repairs are possible. For an item that costs close to £60 to stop working after a week of use is so poor and customer care's attitude is its not their problem. Highly advise avoiding buying Livivo products. I will replace with another brand.

Dual control mattress blanket
Comfortable but extremely slow to heat up. The remote resets and needs to be started again each night. I do like the dual controls and timer as most don’t have these. Just wish it heated quicker. Surely it shouldn’t take so long, even after 15mis the bed is not cosy at fully heat setting.

Product arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged, company difficult to reason with, made a lot of stress for me. Unpleasant dealing with them all round. No fire now for Christmas, and a lot of rigmarole to endure. I'm disabled and housebound. Will never use this company again.

In April I purchased a heated blanket…
In April I purchased a heated blanket for my partner who suffers from the cold a lot more than myself and she used it until the summer. It was stored away and inevitably came out into use again once the weather turned.
Recently the controller stopped working so I contacted customer service who promptly dispatched me a new one, with only a few simple questions to answer.
Amazing after market support!
Will be buying from them again.
