I had to inform the company that there was a fault with the blanket I ordered. The customer service was 2nd to none and they replaced the blanket within days. Excellent service

WELL MADE PRODUCT
The product was left outside front door in the rain and box part open. I only knew it was there after getting a text from EVRI courier saying it had been delivered. Poor service by courier. However the airer was adequately protected by polythene inside box, so was not damaged. Airer is up and very pleased with the construction. Well made product. Just need some decent weather to use it!!

Great looking fire and excellent customer service
I recently ordered a Panoramic electric log burner effect fire from Liivio through Debenhams marketplace, the product itself was lovely, sturdy, great value for money and very realistic looking, you can put your own logs in the storage area at the bottom which added to the effect of it appearing like a real log burner, it arrived extremely well packed too.
Unfortunately, my husband has insisted that he would prefer a real fire, so I reluctantly returned the stove to Livivio via Evri.
I would like to praise the support staff at Livivio for their help in identifying the whereabouts of my return, I am eternally grateful for the rapid response I received to my query, it was quickly resolved and my refund from Debenhams is now underway. Customer service from Livivio in itself was excellent!

Great customer service!
I purchased a heated blanket in October last year and have used it religiously day and night to combat the cold and I honestly love it. Last night it displayed the error code ‘E’, so I contacted Livivo and this morning was offered an immediate replacement. Literally cannot fault this company for customer service - thank you!!

Went above and beyond
I ordered a heated throw which the lead was not working . I only requested a new lead . But livivo went one better and sent out a whole new heated throw . The support off this company was next to none . Totally went above and beyond . And I really appreciated it so thankyou so much .

ROTARY CLOTHES AIRER
Ordered rotary clothes line on 6th Feb, deliverd on the 8th Feb by Everi. New airer fitted into the existing ground socket so up and running in no time at all. Cost me £30 and just as good quality as the most expensive ones costing £90. Happy to reccomend this item
