A good company to buy goods from
I’m in process of moving to a new home, my friend recommended this handy, neat and compact foldable step stool she had been using for years. I’ve ordered one but unfortunately it had arrived damaged.
I’ve written to the company and had a swift response and an apology. A replacement was offered immediately and I couldn’t believe it how efficient, communicative and helpful the customer service was. With no doubt I’ll be looking at some other products in due course and will not hesitate to recommend this company, their service and attention to consumer needs to friends and family. Thank you BB

I had a great experience with Livivo !
I had a very pleasant after sale customer service experience.
I bought an item and it was not working well, so I contacted Livivo via email, the response was prompt and they agreed to return it.
The delivery company was very complicated to do the return, I booked many times and they were giving me time slots for collection then never come and ignore my collection.
Everytime I contacted Livivo they were very quick and very supportive to address all my problems.
After many tries, they offered me a full refund and they told me to not bother myself by the return.
They have the most supportive and honest customer service ever and I really appreciate their kind consideration.

This was my first order with LIVIVO and they did not disappoint.
I signed up to subscribe to their newsletters and would get 10% off my order in doing so. The code never came through. Customer service was very helpful, responded quickly and gave me a discount code I could use.
Delivery was very quick, within 2 days of ordering I got my order.

Rotary Dryer - Rubbish product- no warranty
Bought two rotary clothes dryers 18 months ago, £70 (via Ebay) set one in concrete in the lawn, in the supplied spike, the other night one snapped off at the base, totally rusted through. The other one is no doubt well on the way to the same fate. Contacted Livivo via their website, had a reply to say that the "warranty" had expired and they couldn't help. I don't consider an 18 month service life to be acceptable. Would never use them again. Rubbish product, and not cheap.

Faulty controllers replaced
We had a number of heated throws from Livivo. Three controllers developed faults in the warranty period and were promptly replaced.
No arguements.

Short life purchase - no spares support… caution
We purchased a LIVIVO Outdoor Garden 4 Arm 45m folding Rotary Washing Line Clothes Airer Dryer via Amazon in May 2022.
Wasn’t expecting the pole to rust away and break - contacted customer support to purchase a replacement to be told they don’t hold spare parts so their answer was to purchase a new item - what a waste and certainly not in keeping with being environmentally concerned.
Be very care purchasing products that obviously have a limited service life built in…
Edit after reply - so basically you are confirming that you have no after sales support or ability to purchase spare parts and your products have a limited life …. I would expect a product such as this to last more than 2 years - the metal used must be of such poor quality to rust away.
As stated above AVOID making purchases from a company not willing to support their product range.
