A note of appreciation to Claire Ferry

I just wanted to take a moment to put on record the excellent help and assistance I have received from Claire Ferry, Client Development Manager – CME Direct, Commercial Cards.

Our organisation is currently in the process of sending a British Team to participate in a prestigious World Championship event. Unfortunately, one of our key members of staff went on long-term leave at very short notice, leaving some important administrative tasks incomplete.

I contacted Claire regarding the urgent requirement to set up new Corporate Cards, and from the outset she has been absolutely brilliant.

Claire has been extremely diligent and professional, incredibly helpful and, importantly, fully aware of the very tight timeframe we were working to. She has gone above and beyond to assist us and has made what could have been a very difficult situation considerably easier.

Not to sound too dramatic, but Claire has genuinely saved the day!

She is a real credit to the Lloyds Commercial Card Group, and I felt it was important that her efforts and excellent customer service were recognised.

Already having a LLOYDS business current account made acquiring a Card very easy & quick. Everything was well presented & carried out quickly. Great service thank you.

Spoke with Sohail Nadeem to arrange a Business Charge Card. Sohail was well informed on the product and very friendly to deal with. The necessary information and forms were provided immediately to allow the application to progress.

Application process too long and complex, delivery after approval woefully slow so alternative was found rendering this useless. I will drop the account ASAP and work with someone who responds
