I recently spoke with Uzma Ali about switching to Corporate Cards, and the service I received was exceptional. Uzma was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to fully understand the needs of our Trust, explained everything clearly, and recommended the most suitable solution for us.
The paperwork was sent through straight away, and the whole process was seamless. Nothing was too much trouble, and Uzma made what could have been a complicated transition feel effortless.
I can't recommend Lloyds Bank highly enough. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to Uzma for making the experience so smooth and stress-free.

excellent Staff at Lloyds
Staff at Lloyds regarding the issue of this new company card which gives extra benefits to holders, was excellent, special mention of Franklyn K., who guided me through the process. I decided to move from a credit card to a debit card as it simply saves money as interest rates are very high at present.
