Data Feed went smoothly
I work with many banks with. Working with Sohail Nadeem was an absolute pleasure as he assisted a customer with a bank feed to our system. He was responsive and very helpful. I don't say this lightly as working with other banks can be slighly difficult.

Amazing service....
Recently changed our business banking to Lloyds.
We were pleasantly surprised how smooth the transfer to the new commercial cards was.
Aleena Ali guided us through the whole process from begining to end. Aleena always kept in close contact to make sure the change over was going smoothly.

Poor Customer Service…
We started the application for a purchasing card in October and it took over 6 months to complete. Communication was non-existent and I only ever received updates when I chased. Our account manager left and we were not informed, and it appears that her workload was not picked up at all by her replacement. Overall it was a really poor experience.

We have recently started using digital Visa cards, and they have made a real improvement to our purchasing experience.
Although we are not heavy users, being able to create a digital card for each transaction is simple, straightforward, and gives us much better control over our spending.
