MiniLatches are strong and simple to operate
The online ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and updates on the status of our order was very good. Best of all, however, is the MiniLatches themselves. They are very well-made and we installed the first on a window in less than half an hour (most of the time actually looking for the right size drill and discussing position). They are strong and simple to operate.

Excellent service from start to end
Excellent service from start to end. Found the company on Facebook and from there communicate with Steve on WhatsApp who also phoned me and my husband to answer all our questions whether the lock will fit on our sliding door. We ordered on a Tuesday and received it today (the next Monday). Would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

The latch works very well
The latch is very solid and works very well EXCEPT there is a design flaw with the design of the key because it does not have something you can put a string through so that you can secure the key on your wrist - you have to lock the latch into place while the window is open, and if you drop the key, well, we wouldn't be able to get it easily. Especially at the price the design should be more practical. Apart from that it's a great solution and it's a relief to be able to sleep after seeing a (failed) burglar on the roof outside the window we bought the latch for.

Hi Jacob, thank you for the feedback and from what you say I gather you live a few stories off the ground - hence the need to secure the key to your wrist while locking or unlocking the latch. There is a hole/should be a hole in the thumb grip of the key but agreed it's only big enough to attach to a key ring. So may I suggest you drill it out to make it big enough for string to pass through. In the meantime I'll talk to the factory about a bigger hole. Regards and thanks once again for the feedback. Steve

Great simple product to use with bavk door to let cats out but not allow robbers in.
Good quality item that was easy to fit and looks like it will last and do the job.

Perfect Solution
Bought the pet latch a couple of weeks ago and had it fitted today - it looks simple to install but I have zero DIY skills. It took about 20 minutes to fit and my daft 17 year old dog can now get in and out to the garden without yowling the house down. Would it stop a determined burglar - probably not, but with the security camera I already have, and a locked and bolted gate as well, it is a superb deterrent.
Great communication from Steve, the director, and the package arrived within 24 hours.
