Ordered from LMNTS Brand but had major issues. Poor communication despite multiple attempts, and delays with payments and delivery. While the shoes are stylish and high quality, the overall experience left me frustrated. It’s a shame because they have potential, but customer service needs improvement. Proceed with caution when ordering online. 3/5.

Great trainers until they develop a fault.
Have tried to contact on numerous occasions to contact LMNTS and they’ve not once had the decency to respond.
Avoid like the plague unless you’re happy to pay for a product, then again to have repairs carried out.
Both pairs are falling apart.
What a shameful company, happy to take your money but unwilling to help when their products fail

Placed an order on 13/08, not heard anything since. Chased on Instagram twice and email once. Reporting to bank as fraud. Shame as I already have two pairs from here and they are great trainers.

I don’t know what to say. I have tried so many times to communicate but nothing. They have got £350 of my money but I haven’t received the goods. I asked them to cancel my first order before shipping out…then placed another order with them instead of previous order and they’ve took no notice and took two payments off me. So annoyed…not sure which way to turn

Still not received the shoes after nearly 2 weeks. They said 2 working days on the website before I purchased them.

LMNTS sent a pair of trainers that did not match the box or my order. Ordered a size 7 and inside the box was a size 8. This was not my error but have ignored all contact to resolve.

No refund if you get the wrong size or don’t like the trainers.

Do not buy from this brand! I ordered a pair of trainer which they said was out of stock after a few days after placing an order. They emailed asking me if I wanted a refund or different product to which I replied I would like a full refund. To this day I have sent emails as to where my refund is. I have not received any replies to my emails nor have I received a refund. They took my money and did not send out the trainers. BEWARE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and handling of business- This is the WORST online retail experience I've had with LMNTS .I bought a pair of trainers, they didn't fit and had to chase up several times to get the address of where to send the shoes back to. After a week, received a response with address and then I sent it off tracking via royal mail and paid postage. Its been 3 weeks now and nor have I been responded to on emails, no received confirmation of receiving shoes and no refund. I have chased over 10 times and got no response. Completely unprofessional, lacking communication and now they have my money as well as trainers. Unless refunded immediately, will never buy from here again.

BEWARE. You cannot return your order. They don't answer emails to start a return!!!!
My son ordered two pairs of shoes.
Same thing as others, unable to return them.
No answers to return emails as the shoes are too small.
No way to return without a response from the company. Not happy.

The best independent shoe brand about. I have been round Europe and had people stop and ask me about them. I've got 3 pairs now and it still amazes me how they manage to make this quality product for the prices. If anyone is after a smart but casual trainer look no further.
