I returned a pair of trainers at my own cost and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed the company. They said they hadn't received them and would contact their warehouse. In the meantime, could I send proof of purchase. So I did, and then when I emailed a couple of days later looking for an update, the email bounced because their mailbox is full. Still waiting on a refund. Instagram con company, shop elsewhere.

Two pairs of shoes sent back almost a month ago, no refund, no reply to emails. Zero contact.

Rapidly starting to look like yet another Instagram con clothing company.

Avoid, spend your money elsewhere.

Delivery delayed, then shipped during my vacation, then no reply to my email ("inbox full"). Will see in a few days if shoes were actually delivered and where I can find them when i return home in a few days.

While the sneakers look really cool, sad to say that one splash of water and the green dye spreads everywhere and discolours leaving watermarks on the green parts.
Turns to get uncomfortable when worn for too long.

This company is hopeless. I bought a pair of trainers in the sale as they looked ok in the ads. They don’t do half sizes so I went up a half. They took my money promptly and the shoes arrived on time. Well, they didn’t fit so I emailed back requesting return details (they weren’t apparent on their website) and had to email a further two times before I got a reply. They said if I returned them in perfect condition (which I did) they’d refund me immediately. It’s now about 3.5 weeks since I requested refund details and I still haven’t got my money back. Their customer service is terrible. They disingenuously said they are a new company and to give them some slack (this was when they explained they couldn’t provide a return label). I really wouldn’t recommend this business as they have no customer service skills whatsoever.

First class service for a first class product

I ordered on the 24th July, 2 pairs of shoes as a first time buy, still not received them (today is 6th of august) trying to contact them via email and instagram, had couple responses on instagram, but now it’s been 5 days no response, no interest or effort in trying to help me get my shoes! Aweful experience

Whilst the shoes looked amazing the Customer Service from this company is beyond abysmal. Emailed the given address to affect a return due to sizing, received no reply after 5 days. Completed a contact request on the website, still awaiting a reply. Returned the item via recorded delivery for a refund. Item was delivered 8 days ago and no confirmation of return or refund issued. Would rather go barefoot than order from this company again. But they managed to send me an email requesting aTrustpilot review. Might be worth checking peoples order status before asking for stars!!
