I would love to have given five stars as buying, delivery & trainers are excellent however, I have tried four times to contact customer services for a refund on returned trainers that were simply the wrong size without any reply, therefore had no choice other than to instigate a charge back with my credit card company.

A lovely trainer but obviously a size to small. My friend purchased a 10 and 11. I gave my 9s to my son. All other brands size 9 Please advise customers to size up. Sending things back should not be necessary.

High quality pair of shoes , comfy enough to wear everyday.

My order never arrived, was incredibly disappointing service and very difficult actually getting hold of anyone to speak to… Sadly, I have now gone and purchased two new pairs of shoes from a competitor!

Still haven’t got me shoes after about 4 weeks, were meant to be delivered 3 and a half weeks ago

Received one shoe in the box and when emailed, I have not received a response. I am so disappointed.

Order still not been sent, currently 2 weeks after expected delivery date. No reply from customer support on any channel - literally started googling if the brand was a scam. Not sure what to do now

I've bought two pairs, a pair of 'Black Eigers' and a pair of 'Black/Grey Alpha Runners'. They've quickly become my favourite pairs of trainers, with the alpha runners my every day go to because of how well they complete any outfit. If anybody is on the edge about trying, id suggest giving them a go. I'm a size 7.5 but ordered down to 7 just in case they looked clunky and they fit great.

BEWARE OF RETURNS POLICY.
Dreadful customer service - THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS and replies via Instagram are very slow.
RETURNS ARE NOT FREE.
It’s been one week since my return was delivered to their warehouse I’m still waiting for a refund which I’m having to chase.
I don’t have much confidence in this company. CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE but this company doesn’t care.

I made a purchase of a trainer, but because it was the wrong size I tried to return it back, but when I sent an email to the customer service making enquiries about sending it back no one got back to me, even though I have emailed a few times.
