Black Friday Swap
I ordered a pair of trainers for the first time and was unsure of the fit so ordered my son a pair if size 9’s on Black Friday- they were too big and the company was able to replace them for a size 8 and keep the price at the Black Friday value even though the deal was no longer on

I bought a pair of Lmnts off tessuti the shoe was discoloured after wearing for one day and the matte front has scratched off and has gone shiny, disappointed as these were the only my boyfriend really liked , sent the shoes back and got a refund but would love the shoe if it was more hard wearing

Honestly the best service. I stupidly ordered the wrong size and the guys bent over backwards to get it sorted with a super easy return process.
The product itself is 100%

Excellent quality and good customer service
Excellent quality and good customer service from the seller. Only change i would make would be from using Hermes delivery courier. And switching to DPD or something. No faults with items or with seller though.
