Sad state of affairs. I handed over £4700 for a sofa and 2 chairs 5 months ago, and still have nothing to show for it. In my case, they somehow “forgot” to process my order. Word advice to anyone... See more

Really helpful staff; they were all very patient with my indecision, giving valuable opinions when asked for guidance. Really good to see the furniture in the flesh, and to be able to sit and try out things before taking the plunge. It's really lovely to have the Tunnocks and Werthers too!

Staff at Wilmslow were excellent. So patient and extremely helpful, offering advice and lots of samples. I was truly spoilt for choice but they helped me decide what worked best for me.

In my wife’s opinion Choi gave us as good customer service as she has ever had. I thought she was friendly and helpful.

You delivered me a damaged (dirty) sofa at the start of 2025. You are only now ordering a replacement sofa for me. Do I really need to point out again how poor that is? Last week’s email said you’ve now placed the order and it will take 17-19 weeks (so another four months plus before delivery). That’ll be well over a year to replace faulty goods. However, yesterday’s email says you can’t get the fabric and asks will I give the go ahead for something else. Zero information provided on what the something else might be. Who even knows which of the two latest emails is correct? Has a sofa been ordered or am I to agree to a complete mystery sofa? I have no idea. I don’t think Loaf has any idea either. Perhaps the plan is to wear me down to the point where I go away and just put up with the damaged goods. You ask that I be constructive- okay. The failure demand that has gone into this one purchase is untenable. You must overhaul your customer service and train the staff to meet a goal (i.e., help the customer) rather than complete the most immediate task on their pc screen (e.g., send customer the millionth AI-produced apology email without actually moving anything forward). I have filed all your correspondence and am now considering publishing a social media saga of one transaction with your company. If my experience is remotely representative, you won’t be trading in five years’ time and all the quirky fabric colour names and in-store notepads and measuring tapes won’t save you if you cannot successfully supply your core items to a customer.
Update- Loaf has proven exactly what I complained about by responding with yet another empty apology and empty assurance that the matter will be resolved quickly. No, it won’t. You’ve told me it’ll take another 4-5 months to get the replacement fabric plus build time from that point on. That will take us well beyond a full year to replace the sofa (you might even make it to a year and a half given the current “lead times” you’ve provided me). These times - which you provided- are clearly incompatible with your claim to resolve things quickly. Please at least be honest and don’t respond with untruths. No one is really sorry (if they were, they’d do something to fix it). Nobody is fixing things quickly (if they were, it would take a great deal less time than a year (minimum) to a year and a half (projected) to replace faulty items. More interest in service to a customer would be so much better than a bit of vacuous PR on a website to try to make the company look good. Sofas? Lovely. After sales service? All image and no substance, I’m afraid so if you chance upon a straightforward delivery, you’ll have some lovely furniture. If you’re unlucky like me, welcome to a long-term relationship with the company.

We had a lovely experience, the assistant was helpful without being pushy. Allowing us space to discuss the furniture. There were lovely touches, for example, being offered water, and when finding out it was my daughter's birthday giving her a mug and recommending somewhere for finding curtains.
