The representatives I delt with this time and in the past refinancing of my VA loan were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.They explained every procedure and limitation in terms that I understood,I received notification and reminders of the progressions and what ,if anything, I needed to contribute.

We worked on our loan for over a year. But, we received a call one night from Awais. A loan officer there at loan Depot. He was the most professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Then he turned us over to Sara Martin she was so helpful and as very professional. She took us through the loan.
Yes there was up and downs. But, she was always just a call away. We personally would like her to reconize. We would like to thank Awais. But, a special thanks to Sara Martin.

Aaron and Erica Weisinger were very helpful. They made it easy. They are very knowledgeable what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking to refinance or looking for a loan. It was a great experience.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOAN DEPOT RIGHT FROM THE START WAS FANTASTIC.I WASN'T TOO HAPPY WITH THE UNDERWRITERS TAKING AS LONG AS THEY DID.THERE CONSTANT WANTING MORE INFORMATION ALL THE TIME DIDN'T MAKE ME HAPPY THEY SHOULD HAVE ASKED THE FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING THEY WANTED.WITH A CREDIT RECORD AS GOOD AS MINE I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THEM. THE REST OF THE PROCESS WAS FLAWLESS.

Jin Suk did an amazing job working with me taking the time to not only explain brake it down but also clarified to make sure I understood everything. Timing patience and always making sure I was comfortable. Big decisions lots of responsibilities, but I felt confident in following Jin's lead. Not very often a sales person is just as concerned for the customer as the sale. 5 Glod stars for Jin. I would recommend and do business again with Jin thank you all for helping me get some direction and peace of mind.

The service we received was far beyond our expectations.Miguel Wiggins, our customer contact was amazingly helpful in getting our application processed and was able to answer every question we had. Teri Moran was also an exceptional contact and guided us through the final stages until closing. They got us financed when others couldn't and we will be grateful forever. Late in the evening returned phone calls.
Requesting the same documents be sent after already having the documents in hand.
Asking my wife and I to sign documents that were false, then also requiring an affidavit stating everything we signed was true.
Multiple miss-directed closing appointments.
Ignoring our out of town schedules, told to LD well in advance.
Requesting financial documents unrelated to the loan, ignoring assets while counting liabilities.

The people we talked to over the phone were very cordial as was the lawyer who came to our home. We did not like the fact that the 1st lawyer scheduled to come meet us on Jan. 23 never came nor called to cancel. We waited from 2 pm until 8 pm for a no call no show. This was a huge inconvenience.
Secondly, we were not told in advance we would need two people present to witness the signing. We had to call around until we were able to contact people who could come at the last minute.

My loan rep was very professional and punctual in his communications

rates went down during loan. wish they would lower rate and not have to restart the process.

Danni McConnell is legendary when it comes to home loans. I am married to her for all of my lending needs!

Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. Are questions and concerns or answered in a timely manner.

The rep was helpfull(Brock), however the upper management had demands that were ridiculous. They deal with an appraisal company that low balled my property and stated that paint needed to be done on the outside. This was requested in December with temperature below 20 degrees. LoanDepot did not approve the refinance, unless the painting was finished. Will never use them and will tell everyone I know about their practices.

This has been awful. 2 straight weeks of non-stop calls and texts as early as 630am. You have to tell each one of these banks one at a time that you are no longer interested even if you never actually talked to them before. One form on Loan Depot's website to get on their lists, 50 calls to get off.

Although they called me, I didn't apply for a loan. Now I am getting an adverse Action Notification. They ran my credit without my permission. Very unprofessional and unethical!!!
