We have ordered from this company for…

We have ordered from this company for many years and usually everything is first rate. We recently ordered 2 3 pound lobsters and 2 12ounce tails. When they arrived they looked small. I got a good scale out and one lobster weighed 2.5 pounds and the other 3.1. the tails weighed in at 10 ounces. At these prices if you say 3pound ( and you have a price for 2.5 pound) they should be 3.0 pounds. We are rethinking if we want to do this again

Good prices

Good prices. And delivery was very prompt. My mother said the lobster was delicious and also the chowder and stuffies.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Bought Lobsters for my mom for her birthday, and they showed up DEAD!! Unacceptable!! The money customers spend to have this " Lobster" experience for gifts. Should be 100% LIVE. I worked in a Lobstwr Hub and this tells me they were almost dead before ship out. I have sent her many shipments, from other companies and have had great service. Yours was TERRIBLE!! I hope you actually look at this and address situations like this accordingly. If this isn't handled through your service department, my assumption would be accurate and know this is a every day experience dealing with your company.

Not too bad

Quick ship as promised. Fresh. Easy to buy online. 3 alive, 1 dead. All full.
Ordered 4 2-pound lobsters and only one of them was 2 lbs. The other three were slightly less even though minimum 2 lbs was guaranteed.

Perfect!

Perfect!! Ordered three 1 pound bags of fresh lobster meat, each one of them was exactly 1 pound, that’s incredible! The little neck clams were incredible and fresh! Great job as always! Until next time, let’s go Patriots, let’s go Celtics, let’s go Bruins, let’s go Red Sox!

Cape Cod to Texas.

Lobsters Online accomplished the impossible! Overnight delivery of live lobsters from The Cape to Baffin Bay Texas! These lobsters were still frisky when the bands were removed from the claws. Easy to navigate ordering, secure checkout, customer service standing by (not automated), tracking... I will definitely be placing another order soon!
