32nd anniversary

Order 4 1 1/2# lobsters for 32nd anniversary they arrived on time as usual they were so delicious it was hard to stop eating them if you want the best lobsters order from this company every time

Bad Lobster

We ordered the 3lb lobster dinner for 2. One of the lobsters was totally bad. After cooking, the tail and claws were totally mush. The scallops were substantially smaller than pictured. I would have given a little higher rating for the oysters and clam chowder, but I received no response from my initial complaint.

I forwarded two bags of cooked lobster…

I forwarded two bags of cooked lobster meat and two containers of clam chowder to a friend in California. Jennifer called me on the supposed day of shipping and explained that Fed Ex wasn’t shipping or flying due to the NorEaster we were experiencing. She called me early enough that I could contact my friend and we arranged an alternate date. My friend is overjoyed and that pleases me as well.

I had ordered two 8-10 oz lobster tails…

I had ordered two 8-10 oz lobster tails and had expected them to be of equal size however one was 8 oz and the other 10 oz. Besides the cooking time being different because of the unequal sizes it was awkward deciding who should get the bigger one.

Three of the five lobsters arrived in Very bad condition

Three of the five lobsters arrived in very bad condition. I called Lobsters on line to inform them of this. I was told they would come back to life in the refrigerator crisper. But, they did not. When cooked their meat was very bad quality. The two lobsters that were healthy tasted very good. Overall it was very disappointing experience.

This is the 9th or 10 time I have…

This is the 9th or 10 time I have ordered from you guys. Each time has been outstanding!! Excellent packaging, lobsters are packed very well and have always arrived in good condition!! I have probably ordered 300 so far and will use you guys again soon. That’s for the great service and excellent product.

Had a problem with shipping

Had a problem with shipping, all on FedEx, shared it with the company via email they replaced the 20 lb boat run box free to us they even wouldn't let us pay shipping, they really stepped up, thank-you, would buy again or recommend to a friend
