Quick pick-up of the car and quick return, I would give the employee (the same employee was there when I picked up and returned the car) a 10. My recommendation is to get full insurance from them, not from intermediaries.

Excellent service in Sardinia
Excellent service in Sardinia. Debit card is allowed for deposit. Car - brand new. The pickup and drop-off very well organized and neat. Price was ok, but competitors had even higher for this high season time

Our vehicle was not available when we…
Our vehicle was not available when we arrived at the airport at 15:00. We were told that our reservation wasn't until 16:00. At 16:00 we were told our vehicle was not available and no other vehicles in our class were available. The reservation was made a full month in advance. We had to meet the renters of our villa and were forced to take a smaller car, drive to our villa, then drive back to the airport three hours later to pick up our originally reserved vehicle. All told it cost us 4 - 6 hours or time, stress and distraction on the first day of our vacation.
