We are very disappointed.
We are very disappointed for no answer regarding our problems. We send two emails to your different addresses but no any answer steel. We call once to your emergency telephone but no real interest how we managed our problems. We had much better opinion about your service, but we are disappointed. Car hire in Rome and La Mezia
Car was good. Organisation after the 1st month was a bit of an issue, I hired the car in Rome, then again in LaMezia for an additional few weeks. Finally sorted this out. Rules seem to change a little, depending on who you speak to. Overall, once sorted out it was all good.
