We were travelling from Switzerland to Genoa for our ferry to Sardinia when our car broke down. We searched the nearest car hire location on the internet which was at Aosta airport. The car managed to get there before giving up completely. The gentleman at the counter was amazing. Not only organising our hire car he also organised a tow truck company and a garage to have the car repaired whilst we were on holiday. What was for us a traumatic situation was calmed by his polite, efficient and friendly manner. Well done Ricardo. A credit to the company you work for. Thank you.

Very good customer service and communication by the office in Aosta aéroport, the guy speaks multiple languages and kind and warm which made the experience easy. Definitely go back again

Car rental was quick and friendly. The car was low on ad blue and I needed to refill that but a credit was given without question. Overall a very smooth rental
