I liked the car and the easy way of…
I liked the car and the easy way of everything just to rent it. I didn’t like that there was some scratches on the car when I toke the car but I was assured that those scratches are not a problem and when I arrived at the drop location I needed to explain why there are that scratches, I needed to fill some info and some informations about the scratches to make pictures and so on. The problem is that because of that I lost a lot of time and I lost my flight. I spend 2 days and a night in the airport because of that

Summer tires in winter?!
Process of rental was fast and good.
The problem is that my car had summer tires in winter during snow falls. Even supplying snow chains is not sufficient as the rear is sliding. This is a safety hazard!

Roberto is awesome
Roberto is awesome, and very professional. He has always been very accommodating with last minute car rentals. The vehicles have always been in great shape, clean, and ready to go. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle from Locauto at the Aosta Valley airport.
