Full price for half a car, Bad Service
We Had a Problem with Our car after 2 days. The Motor Signal light was yellow and we Got No Help from your Service (we wanted to Change in the next Station, but IT was Said, that there was no Car to Change only for rent). Very Bad experience. Aswell we didnt get any offer to reduce the price for driving with a damaged car. We payed the full price for a half car and that is ridiculous. We changed our Plans often because WE didnt want to Drive far with the car.

Easy to get a car
the smell to smoke inside the car was so strong that we have to travel with the windows open all the time. A pity.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Pickup location is well sign posted. Check-in was slow but due to a queue not themselves...car was clean and tidy and drop off was soo easy

Locauto- Rental car business or dent damage scam?
There are literally hundreds of online reviews of Locauto complaining about being charged for false claims of damage to their cars. I wish I had seen these complaints before renting because I had the same experience. The car had about 10 nicks or dents in it when we rented it- which had not been repaired, and they charged us 410 Euros for another in the same place as some of the previous damage. (At our rate that is almost 5K euros on this car alone.) This is apparently part of their business model as reported by hundreds of other dissatisfied customers and it happens so often as to resemble a scam. I have been renting cars for about 50 years and never had this experience before. (However the local agent in Arezzo was a nice fellow.)

More expensive, more safety
It was more expensive than the others but it had full insurance without Self-involvement . Nothing to worry about. Contact number from the Office available and also Service number in case of car breakdown. It was a good experience.
