My favorite car rental office! The one located in Arezzo! I’ve been using their service on and off for a few months. They have very good cars in a very good condition. The car you take is always clean. Kind, friendly and attentive personnel, easy to speak to.
They are always my first choice when I need to rent a car.

Pick-up and drop-off rental was helpful. Dropping off at the airport rental lot a bit challenging. Maze of overlapping roads.

The only problem is that the agency's phone number has some reception issues if you're using a non-Italian cell phone. Message: "The number you dialed is not active."

Excellent service without hidden fees
Great staff and good value for money. The staff were willing to work with us 3 times to extend our rental while our own car was being repaired. Very good company with no hidden fees.

Full price for half a car, Bad Service
We Had a Problem with Our car after 2 days. The Motor Signal light was yellow and we Got No Help from your Service (we wanted to Change in the next Station, but IT was Said, that there was no Car to Change only for rent). Very Bad experience. Aswell we didnt get any offer to reduce the price for driving with a damaged car. We payed the full price for a half car and that is ridiculous. We changed our Plans often because WE didnt want to Drive far with the car.
