Friendly, fuss-free
Friendly, helpful staff at rental location. Straightforward collection and return of vehicle. Paperwork completed on line. We paid for No Worries service and it was liberating from the usual concerns when renting cars.

Very good customer service!
We were very happy and the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.
I gave a four star because the car was dusty and the windows were as well but there was no washer liquid.

Smooth rental process
Smooth rental process. The car was exactly what I wanted. Helpful agent at the rental location.
Only problem ( which affects all rental) was the offsite return location at Florence airport which was very difficult to find.

Good experience hiring from Locauto
Hired a car for a week at Arezzo, Italy, having arrived by train. Office reasonably conveniently located about 15 minutes walk from the station; no queue and representative behind the desk was friendly and helpful; in fact we got an upgrade to a larger car at no extra cost, which was welcome.

Took care of many issues
Took care of many issues. Left auto damaged in Assisi and local dealer did not recurve updated information to advise me but depended on my honesty which Proved correct. The gravity of the problem meant that our trip to Assisi was hurried and not as we had planned. However the rental company did a great job of getting us help on a Sunday.

The transmission on this van was very touchy. Very difficult to downshift without killing the engine. Headlights need looked at as well.
