Good communication, great car.

The car literally broke down on us in the middle of nowhere in Italy. The car engine warning light came on and the car slowly lost power until it stopped.
The only replacement car was 100km away at Malpensa airport, so we had to pay for a taxi to get there. We even paid for the “Don’t Worry” package, yet got zero reimbursement for the taxi cost and zero compensation for losing a day in our trip.

A breakdown can happen. Making the customer pay for it is unacceptable and the customer service was poor, unhelpful and extremely rude.
I won't use Locato or recommend it to someone else.

Friendly staff, spotless cars, value for money.
Received the car quickly, received a short explanation about the car and the contract, returning the car was also done quickly with a smile.

I picked up my rental car from Enterprise/Locauto at BGY this afternoon and was disappointed by the attitude during the vehicle handover. I forgot I had already previously wrote a bad review for Locauto.

The gentleman handing over the keys asked me to sign the damage sheet before I had even seen the car. When I asked about checking the vehicle, his response was that he was “not bothered to come out because of the rain, and the car was too far away.” These were his literal words with roll of the eyes. Fortunately this was not my first time renting … CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE SIGNING!

With numerous existing damages listed on the sheet, I believe it is entirely reasonable for a customer to expect the vehicle to be properly inspected before signing. I could have checked it myself, but that misses the point—the handover should be handled professionally by your staff.

A few simple suggestions:

* Have umbrellas available for customers and staff.
* Move vehicles closer to the collection area when customers are expected.
* Most importantly, have some basic courtesy and professionalism.

(Oh unrelated to the above complaint … 1 bus every 20 min under the rain… please.)

Fortunately there is plenty of choice at BGY.

Great rent for normal price. Helped me to rent a car with huge discount that was available at the moment when I failed and rented car later. Found best solution at that moment.

when we pick up the Car they tell us the insurance we have was Noth god and they wanth us to bay a new one. We did not do that. And the lady was NOT nice. Regards. Jostein Zazzera.

I can say I was satisfied with my experience, quite quickly I took the car and check-in was fast, only 2 things I want to mention: I did check-in online on phone (I have account on their website), but still I had to go on desk in airport to do check-in there, I just thought if I will do online I can go directly to take the car, so I do not see the point of doing check-in online on their website and another thing, on my reservation was mention that I need a child seat and only thing available was a child car booster for which I paid almost 65 euros for 6 days, so I did not had a proper child seat (they could see clearly details of reservation and they could have offered me a proper child seat!).

Very quick and easy. Arrive signed our documents was sent to collect our car.
After a quick check of the vehicle we was on our way.
Returning was just as quick.
Very happy with the service provided.

Everything was great, car condition, staff, i was late for pickup, because my flight was delayed, there was no problem at all. Except there was no screen washer, but for me it was no big deal

Simple and pleasant service. Long opening hours, with service available until 11 PM. Easy pick-up and return process. The reserved deposit was refunded quickly.
