Everything was ok except the return process. The sign for the car rental return is not obvious and can be missed. I believe it needs to be clear to make it easy to return the car.

The car was in a good condition and the communication with the staff was great. The only problem is to find entrance to the parking when you return the car, cause there is no any sign or instruction. We had to pay 17 EUR because we drove into the wrong parking lot at first.

The return procedure was long and stressfull, because we couldn’t find the exact way back at the airport to locauto station. It would be helpfull to provide more informations with photos to the clients.
