Everything was perfect: the communication with the staff, the car itself. The process of picking up the car and returning it was very fast. I recommend Locauto.

I requested GPS for the car that I hired but was given a tomtom GPS with no mounting location in the car.Car service staff were unable to help so my wife had to hold it while I was driving this did not make my driving experience pleasurable.

The car itself was in perfect condition, though the staff did not explain much upon pick-up. As a company, they seem fine, but I have a major complaint regarding their communication and billing process.I accidentally misfueled the car. Since I had external insurance, I was waiting for them to send me the damage estimate. After 40 days of silence, I suddenly received an invoice for €790, and they charged my card immediately without any prior warning. I guess this is just a standard procedure for them, but being in another country and experiencing this was very stressful. They could have essentially charged whatever they wanted and left me to figure it out afterward. Nobody informed me this would happen automatically; I was told I would make the payment myself. They really need to think of their clients more in these situations.On the positive side, once I contacted Sincera Insurance with the invoice, they refunded my money within a week. I highly recommend getting independent insurance, but the rental company definitely needs to improve its customer service and transparency for international clients.

We received the right car (Peugeot 2008). Quick processing, including the paperwork. No additional options (extra costs) were offered. Quick drop-off at the end. We really enjoyed using the car during our holiday in Tuscany. We didn't have had any problems with te car.

Car fabulous. Geography of car’s location at Bologna airport Italy at 23.00 hours not concisely explained and took far longer to locate than reasonable - no one to assist in the car park - and as for returning the car please turn right IMMEDIATELY you enter the airport - the sign is there but absolutely no instruction to see it to return the car! Admin on finding and returning the car could so easily be explained properly. Otherwise 4000km from new little FIAT Panda was excellent

Fast friendly service a good vehicle everything was very good

The person at the counter spoke excellent English, and she was very helpful and polite. It was pretty easy and quick to pick up the car. Also, the charges were exactly what I expected - no surprises.

The only negative was finding the place to pick up the car in the parking garage. There should be more signs directing you to the Locauto part of the garage.
