Hi I ve booked a car throughout discovery cars with all premium insurance so I thought Im covered.When I have arrived to bologna,lady with limited english said locauto doesnt accept insurance and if something happen my insurance will not cover a damage and she was trying to sell me insurane wothed 700E.I denied of course.I got different car of course which was very good.I asked for vw taigo and they replaced it for vw t roc.Car wasnt full with petrol and lady told it must be full when we will bring it back.In my contract policy said only half of it.During 2 weeks driving mostly from spina camping village to mirabilandia car was faboulous but drivers in italy are lunatics.People who rent a cars they know what I meant by that.Thanks god nothing happened.Wherever I was I always looked for not crowdy spaces to avoid any scratches from different drivers.so by the end we fill up petrol more than I ve received.more than3/4 of the tank.Unfortunately company locauto decided to charged me 85 euro for that 1 hour later.Ive emailed them about contract which says 50 % of tank.also told them that I ve provided them with more petrol than I ve received.Now I am wating for anwer but I doubt that I will get thus back.I think all car companies in italy mostly try to cheat.There was only good think about it .I was driving really good car mild hybrid troc😃

Satff was helpfull and proffesional. They do not force you for any extra coverage if you already have bought it. All process was smooth.

The People at Loc Auto have been very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a bigger car. The car was clean and good to drive. The only thing that was not so good, was that the car needed an oil change, and the screen washing was empty. Returning the car was easy and without any problems.
