I had an excellent experience with this car rental company in Bologna. The entire rental process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free.
I originally booked a Volkswagen Polo (the website stated “Volkswagen Polo or similar”), but to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a brand-new Audi A3. It was an unexpected bonus that made our trip even more enjoyable.
The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for them.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car in Bologna. I will definitely choose them again the next time I’m in the area!

Great new cars
Great new cars, a bit of a walk to the parking lot where the cars are, and had to wait quite a while at the pickup in the parking garage as there was only one person there, for people that are returning cars and taking cars. But car was great once we received it.

Everything went well with the car
Everything went well with the car. Easy pick-up from the airport. The only negative issue was that the staff forgot to say that returning of the car was through different route than where we got the car. The same place but we needed to go through parking place P6 because there was no direct access to P3. But I can highly recommend Locauto!

The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful both when I picked up the car and when I returned it. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free.
The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, which made the trip comfortable and enjoyable.
The customer service hotline was also excellent. The representatives were knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to help whenever I had a question.
Finally, I was very satisfied with the value for money. The quality of the service fully justified the price.
