Once we got over the confusion of what type of Car I initially ordered everything went smoothly. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I did sign up to the Web site prior to travelling but on the collection day had to go through the process again at the check in desk. This is something Locauto could review. Overall would recommend.

Good hire car experience
Good check in service at the airport desk, clear information. Short walk to the hire car park area where Kevin met us and took us to our car. Great service from Kevin. Our car was a Skoda Fabia, very new and in very good condition. Kevin linked my android phone to the car so that I could use the mapping system during our holiday, brilliant. On our return two weeks later Kevin met us again to check the car back in, hassle free, good service. I would be very happy to use Locauto again.

Too long line in front the office desk for paperwork. Customer requests must be respected regarding selling insurance or additional options. At pickup and delivery parking lot staff is more friendly and customer oriented. Good offer regarding car models.

The car was new, clean, and very functional.
The staff were friendly and spoke French when we picked up the vehicle. However, upon return, the person was a little less friendly; she made us go back to fill up the tank, and it was only 1 liter low.

We were offered an upgrade to an automatic transmission for 30 euros and ended up with an A3 Sportback with only 2,000 km on the odometer. Great service and a fantastic car!
