Excellent experience - would book again
Great rates, straight forward booking and collection process, excellent vehicle and friendly staff. I was given the option to upgrade vehicle and other waivers at the desk but did not feel any pressure to do so - I took out the free vehicle upgrade, empty tank return and damage waiver for a reasonable fee. Would not hesitate to book through Locauto again and would recomend to anyone looking.

The booked car was not ready on time, but got an upgrade and were ready to go in less then 10 min. Car almost new and in very good shape.
Friendly personnel, office easy to find. Return uncomplicated even outside opening hours.

Avoid this company
Locauto's service went smoothly—right up to the return of the car. The car was free of damage and had a full tank. This was confirmed to us by the employee, and we were asked to provide our signature on a tablet. Upon receiving the invoice, we were charged €70 for the "fuel service" option, even though we had returned the car with a full tank. When we contacted customer service, the response was simply that we had signed the agreement. In our view, this is an unscrupulous company that enriches itself by retroactively selling unnecessary options—despite the fact that we were told the exact opposite! We were also sold a roadside assistance option for €50. To us, an "option" implies that payment is made only in the event that the service is actually utilized—not as a flat-rate fee. These are highly unethical business practices. Avoid this company.

I guess it's industry standard, but young-drivers fee for age 23 is in my view crazy.

Scammers, I have to pay 130 euro for young driver without any knowledge before I was on airport to pick up my car. At booking terms It was saying I need to be min. 21yo and there wasn't more details about that.

When booking the car on an intermediary websiste the customer has to indicate the actual age and flag that he has read and accepted terms and conditions. There's also a section called "important information" that can be useful to read before booking, where it's stated the cost of the "young driver fee".
We suggest you to get in touch with the intermediary of the booking if you need support and to review your comment, as we don't think it's fair to call us scammers when terms and conditions have been ignored.

First, it is difficult to find the rental place. There is no any sign from the airport.
I have already had full insurance, but the layd from the office has push me to much to take an extra insurance telling me that this insurance which I have, not protect everything. I understand it is her job, but if you not like to rent the card through another agency, then just do not do it. Like this, the other agency rent the car and sell also the full insurance, you would also want to sell double insurance.
Also, I booked some Jeep, but I got the Skoda Oktavia limuzine, which is not similar at all.
When I turned car back, I came a little earlier about 7:30, and 2 ladies from the office did not want to check the car before 8 am, telling me that the office start to work at 8 am. It was 1 minut job just to take overlook over the car, and I must waiting 30 minutes with the chance to loose the plain

Very good service in general. Easy pick up, friendly staff and efficient service. It loses a star because I felt they were overly pushy in trying to upsell- particularly insurance to the point that they make you feel anxious.
