Quite good value for the money
Friendly staff, the car was basically new, very good location. Booking process was easy, however the online check-in didn't play a huge role - I still had to go to the office, sign the agreement, show my ID, credit card, driving license - although the idea was to skip all those things. The car return was in my case super simple, no waiting - just park the car and give the key back.

Very good experince
I had a very good experience with Locauto. Picking up and dropping off the car took less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and well-trained staff. When we arrived, the car wasn't available, but they gave us one in a higher class. Everything was perfect.

Smooth and Hassle-Free Rental Experience
I rented a car with the “Don’t Worry” package and everything went smoothly. The staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I received an automatic car, which was in good condition and easy to drive.
I also appreciated the fuel option: you can prepay, return the car with an empty tank, and they will refill it and refund the remaining amount. Overall, a hassle-free and positive experience.

I was charged an additional €130
I was charged an additional €130 for extra insurance by Locauto. This extra cost was not clearly explained during the booking process, and I was surprised by the charge. I believe customers should receive clearer information about any optional insurance products and their costs before completing the rental. Overall, this experience negatively affected my impression of the service.
