Everything went very smoothly, we got a very new car, also contacted Locauto because of possible flight delay and they assures that they will be aware of this and will be possible to pick up the car later if needed.

Staff member Francesca was very helful in terms of reviewing the car, what to be aware of in case of emergencies, so the pick up and drop off went smoothly. *We also did online check-in for the car, which may have also made processes faster.

We arrived earlier than expected and were offered to rent another car, which was almost new and bigger for just 60€.
Overall easy and friendly staff. Also was easy to leave earlier with no extra cost and a key deposit box

This is the fourth time in a row we've rented from them. There's a noticeable tendency to push insurance and add-ons on customers, but other than that, the service is top-notch as usual. Returning the car is a breeze—you think you've scratched the fender, so you admit it. A staff member comes over with a cloth, and the scratch magically disappears. She says: “non c'è problema, have a nice flight.” Isn't that wonderful?

The team was welcoming and there were no problems returning the vehicle.

Friendly staff, the car was basically new, very good location. Booking process was easy, however the online check-in didn't play a huge role - I still had to go to the office, sign the agreement, show my ID, credit card, driving license - although the idea was to skip all those things. The car return was in my case super simple, no waiting - just park the car and give the key back.

We got a free upgrade to an automatic car, which was wonderful for driving through the streets of Cagliari.
