The rent went pretty easily and they told us about all the useful information in the office. However there was a little misunderstanding when we got the car because in the contract an automatic geared car was presented while we got a manual one. After we reported that, they immadiately switched the cars and got a really-really good automatic one. I recommend their service as they are reliable, helpful and having the cars on a good price.

It was good. Great new car. No problems with delivering the car back. Easy booking process. So all my appreciation and loyality for these things. However this time at this partical counter the staff was a bit too pushy in trying to sell additional services. Had to keep ground. Hopefully next time it will go easier.

The process was great and easy, the vehicle was in top condition (it had just over 5 thousand Km on it so it was new). Star were friendly and helpful. I was a day late due to my flight and they were understanding and kept my reservation.

Short waiting time at the counter, very good communication in English, we got a brand new car, although with a weaker engine than I'm used to. Very quick pick-up and drop-off. The staff were very helpful.

I just recommend not booking through Ryanair again. They recommended a higher insurance, which increased the price of the car by 30%, and then told me at the counter that this insurance was useless because it only covers damage caused by a known culprit and with police involvement. Full insurance cost me another 190 EUR at the rental counter. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked a car through the airline.
