Staff OK Car OK Main issue at Florence airport is car rental terminal is far from airport and need a shuttle bus.

Nice car, nice people at the pick up and return point. Only problem was long lines in the office because a lot of people did not register before the pick up.

Before we had even booked with Locauto Group, the staff were already helping us with finding our actual rental car place off site. But after complications with our first rental car at a different company the staff at the Locauto Group were there once again to help us and provide us with a swift rental.

From booking to drop off, the Locauto Group were friendly, helpful and professional, explaining every detail of the rental in easy to understand terms.

If you are renting a car for use in and around Florence, there is no better company to go with.

I had a good experience with Locauto. Good car, clean, simple to use the Apple car kit.
I didn’t know Locauto before. I rented here for the first time. The good reviews made me to rent a car here and I had a good experience with Locauto. Quick and good service to pickup the car and to bring the car back.

Easy pick up and easy to drop off the car

The renting process was easy and quick, the car was a small Fiat Panda which was enough to carry us 2 adults together with our 2 big suitcases (one on the rear seats as the boot is quite small). However, the tires were in pretty bad shape, and we didn’t spot that when leaving with the car. It is only a few days later, when the tyre pressure warning sign lit up that we realized it. We had to inflate one tyre twice during the 10 days we had the car, and while doing so realized that both front tires were completely worn out. This was a real shocking surprise, as it might have led to a serious accident.

Quick service. No up selling. No hustles. Brand new car. Great Peugeot car! Easy check in and out.

We were happy that we were able to pick up our car earlier than our reservation. Unfortunately the person that checked the car and entered the information into the system did not know anything about how to work the electronics of the car. The radio was playing and i wanted it turne down plus all the dash was in Italian. He didn't know how and said it was the only car available. We accepted the car and left. After about 1 hour of driving the tire low pressure warning came on. I pulled over and checked all the tires and they look fine so we kept going to our stay we had reserved. The next morning I went in to Pienza and paid for the petrol attendant to check the tires and put in the appropriate air pressure the cost was€3. The light went out. Also the inside of the windshield was dirty and when driving into the sun the glare was terribly unsafe! Obviously the car was NOT gone over before being let out

The staff at the store and at the vehicle delivery were very attentive and provided all the necessary information for using the vehicle.

The return of the vehicle was also very simple and quick.

Everything went smoothly. I had made a mistake on my reservation but the lady quickly fixed that. The car was very nice, dropped my rating to 4 star because the navigation system in the BMW was not good. It would tell you to turn AFTER the intersection and at one point it is saying "turn right" while the map is showing a left turn!

It was an end on end process ..the staff from pickup to drop off were amazing.. especially the drop off crew ..
if you are looking for price .. quality of vehicle .. location then they did it all.. my first time but not last
