Pickup of the car was seamless and quick. Staff was very friendly. We obtained the car in Firenze and returned the car in Rome, and the return was equally positive and efficient. The car was clean, well maintained and as promised. We would certainly rent from Locauto again and I would recommend them highly. Tom

Quick check in although was a bit confusing trying the building and no one was there. Recommend you post a sign directing people to the back of the building where the agents are. It was great to find taxis available to expedite travel to train station.

Perfect experience
The staff at the office and also at the car park was kind, helpful and professional. The car we got was brand new (only 700 km), clean and wonderful to drive.
The whole experience was perfect, I will definitely go back to them and also I highly recommend them.

Friendly and helpfull staff
Friendly and helpfull staff on getting and returning the car. We got the better insurance with them as well to be on a safe side with any issues we could have but fortunately enough there was no issues. We got different car however, still from the same 'small' car category so it wasn't an issue for us.

The car was in perfect conditions.
Locauto should improve the waiting time at the desk. Almost one hour lost. Maybe ALL customers should fill in the registration documents BEFORE arriving at the counter.

We were charged for damage that we did…
We were charged for damage that we did not do to the car. The car was hardly driven and they claimed we scraped the front bumper. Also, we had to not an additional charge because we arrived early to pick up the car.
