Long cue to receive car, got much bigger car than I wanted (in Italy with tiny roads) but car ran very well and drop off was very easy and quick. I recommend when it’s not peak hour and good to verify what car they give you if it’s not the one you ordered.

Very easy service, we did book through a 3rd company.
Locauto were polite, great service.
The car we hired had some superficial paintwork damage, we took photos of these at collection. On drop off, no queries were raised over the pre existing damage.
Stress free car rental.

The best auto rental Ever

The overall experience was really good. The loss of a star is due to the fact that on pick up day, after waiting in line for 30+ minutes, when finally at the counter, the lady told me that I was 25 minutes early (yes early and not late)to pick up my car and instead of allowing me to get the car, she asked me to come back in 25 minutes! So I had to get back in the line again. That made absolutely no sense to me and I still don’t understand this decision to this day. It was not a good start. This happened at the Florence airport.

Everything was fine - one exception: Waiting time while pick-up the car

Very friendly and helpful people at the carpark reception point. Because we did auto check-in we could take our car immediately with us. Car was in excellent condition and matching our requirements perfectly. Thank you for the service, for sure we will rent with you in the future.

The wait for an agent to get the car was very long. They were understaffed that day. For me all went well but the client ahead of me had an issue and the agent was not willing to help him find a solution. It was strictly « by the book » no customer support whatsoever

The staff were AMAZING!! I made a huge mistake and booked a minivan for Florence South Carolina, USA instead of Florence, Tuscany, Italy. They were so gracious and said it happens all the time (I’m choosing to believe them.) The two women jumped into troubleshooting and leadership mode and found us a similar (aka much better) vehicle in a matter of minutes. They also said they’d keep mum on my inability to identify continents. They have our forever business!

Our flight was delayed and I was able to call ahead and they held our car for us. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. I selected the vehicle online and it was clean and well equipped.
