Very straight forward approach. Quickly off in nice vehicle. Easy handing over of vehicle at other site.

Very good and positive contact with personel, easy rental, clear rental conditions. We got almost new car, fully equipped. Return was fast and without unnecessary formalities.

The person that gave us the car in Florence was not very patient, being a digital all round type Fiat, we needed to know more ab. the functions. Tailgate so high to reach once open and the button to tap for automatic didn't work. Radio and AC noise made it difficult to understand the GPS. Advice for you: give the renter the right Bldg. of the Airport where the car will be returned please. That should be possible or?

Seamless pick up even though late at night at Florence airport and multiple locations in Rome for drop off.

We had a reservation with another company and they would not accept our credit card. We walked over to Locauto asked if they had a car available and would take our card and the girl was VERY helpful!! She saved our vacation!

Fantastic service, absolutely painless in terms of pick up and return. No deposit needed, contrary to other agencies. The car was brand new, swift, reliable and economic. I will definitely come back and keep recommending it among friends.

Everyone was kind and helpful, the cars were clean. We did have to put oil into one of them but that was easy enough. My only recommendation for a better experience would be to put a toll pass in each car and charge the customer at the end. Sometimes the credit card option didn't work at the tolls and then it was a scramble to find the change! It would have made the trip that much better to know we could sail through the pass lane and pay later! Otherwise all was great. I would absolutely rent from Locauto again!

At Florence Airport our bag was lost and by the time we sorted out with the airport we were late picking up our hire car and they cancelled it. Location stepped in and their service was incredible. Friendly helpful service meant out awful start to the holiday was saved by this lovely outfit. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Front headlight was burnt out, car was super dirty inside and out. front window was blurry from not being clear. rear tires were worn out, making driving in the rain scarry. The before and after service was very good.

Everything worked out as planned, very friendly service, car was new and (relatively) clean. Easy check-in and check out experience.

Picking the car up was very efficient. The car was very clean and the specification higher than we expected. The return took only a few minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. All of the team there were very pleasant and helpful.
