I would definitely use this company again
Picking the car up was very efficient. The car was very clean and the specification higher than we expected. The return took only a few minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. All of the team there were very pleasant and helpful.

The service was quick, impeccable and very. Both the office staff and at the parking lot were welcoming and pedagogic... and the car was great for a good price ! Bonus point because the staff spoke French better than us ! Thanks again for the experience !

At the end of the trip
At the end of the trip, there was a scratch on the rear bumper and also on the front fender.
The rear, I can understand.
But the front was a small, typical front fender/curb scrape. Not a huge deal.
I also seriously doubt they will actually get that fixed.

To ensure fair evaluations, Locauto applies a 5 cm tolerance limit for minor scuffs on the car body, meaning anything smaller is not recorded as damage. Charges are only applied when damage exceeds this tolerance size.

Can improve by giving better info on returning car. We arrived early in the morning and all gates were closed and no information about when they open. Signposting can improve a lot.

We were really satisfied with the service at the admin desk and with the handover of the car, although we would have appreciated some more information on the basic functioning of the car. Each car/system is different. Your people did their utmost best, but only two persons to handle the numerous handovers at peak hours might not be sufficient. The car we rented was perfect. We will certainly contact Locauto again in the future.

Locauto is our go to company when in Italy. Not the cheapest but really good reputation.
Only one thing this time - we got a really poor quality car - Ford Puma.
Probably the worst car I’ve ever driven. I was expecting a VW Tiago or similar but was given this car. Low mileage but everything about it was very poor quality.
Insurance “no worry” seems to be a little expensive but we don’t risk any other third party insurance. Check out and Check in really easy.
Staff are friendly and polite.

Exceptionally friendly and helfpul
The lady at the counter was exceptionally nice to us, everything was fast and easy. The guy in the parking lot that explained everything about the car was also super nice and very funny! Return was also fast and easy with an extraordinary friendliness! We had left a wallet in the car and they called us immediately and came running to the shuttle bus that we had to take back from the terminal. We would definetely go there again!
