Good car and good service by all at Locauto.

Luigi was wonderful, and everyone there at Locauto. He really was a huge help when I could not find how to get to the office to return the car and did not want to get tickets going to the red zone in the city center of Florence. He directed me elsewhere and everything worked out. Thank you so much Luigi and staff for all your help.!

We were very satisfied with our car rental experience in Italy. The car was in excellent condition and drove perfectly. The service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and very informative throughout the whole process.
What we especially appreciated was the flexibility of picking up the car in one city and returning it in another, without any issues. Both locations were very central and convenient.

Impeccable booking management. Fast, transparent, helpful, and no upselling. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and pleasant.

Friendly service. Straight forward rental. Be sure to follow their clear Florence ztl zone instructions to avoid a fine when dropping car off.

Good vehicle. Refueling policy and charges associated with refueling was not clear. I was rather disappointed and displeased with the excessive "labor charge" to refuel a vehicle returned at near full tank.

The pick up at rental location was smooth and the person doing it was very accommodating to our late arrival - she did not have to let us in but she did and that saved us a lot of hassle.

The car was clean and ready to go and the drop off was hassle free as well.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my experience with your company.
When I picked up the car in Florence, during the inspection of the visible defects, I suggested to the company employee that I take a video recording, but she said it was completely unnecessary, as everything was described in detail in the report. This was a serious mistake. You should never take anyone's word for it. As a result, when I dropped off the car at your company's Rome office, the manager charged me for a scratch on the bumper, which, allegedly, wasn't mentioned in the description. None of my arguments were accepted.
I got the impression that this is a way for your company to generate additional income.
Believe me, this will not enrich your company.
I reserve the right to provide appropriate negative feedback about the actions of your company's specialists.
So, in addition to charging for fictitious damage, you also didn't return the security deposit.
