They charged for a inflating kit 260 euro I never saw or removed, after many complaints they still kept saying their lazy workers were right.

20 min late and charged a full day
It is a bitterpill to swallow to be charges for a full day when we were 20 minutes late on the drop off of the vehicle. If we were hours late I would accept. But we are not local and nor familiar with the traffic which caused us to be late. It would have been nice if they asked the reason and be a bit more understanding. It was not like someone else was standing waiting for the vehicle.

Everything went smooth
Everything went smooth. An easy online booking and check in. Great personnel and really helpful. Also no money deposit for guarantee. Got the full insurance just to be careful. The car was a Citroen C3 with low mileage and in excellent condition. For sure i will prefer them again

I got the rental after it closed due to…
I got the rental after it closed due to travel delays. We contacted the rental place to make them aware. We arrived at the rental early in the morning to pick up the car. They did not honour my reservation. They continued to bug me saying I had only rented the car for 3 days but I got it for the original date of my reservation. They continued to message me via what’s up. Threatening me until I agreed to pay more money.
