Great cars at a good price
The car was great, pickup was easy and documentation of existing damage was thorough. 1 cent holding deposit was a big help in managing holiday finances.
Only issue I had was with the drop off instructions for Bologna airport - at time of writing it directs you to P2 parking, but rental returns are on the other side of the airport

Simple and straightforward. Car was great. Had a little trouble finding return in Milan but could've been my own issue.

Easy rental process
Easy rental process, in 5 minutes we received the car. No problem at the return, after a quick inspection we shaked hands and that was all.
We received a brand new VW Tiguan, which was a pleasure to drive.
