Nice and clean car, ideal for the regio and limited distance (Airport - Arenzano - PSAGP for 8 days. Easy administration, return at night a bit stressy as not able do drive to parking of Locauto, at 04:00 in the morning, but leaving keys in KEYBOX. Car delivered in original state, and fully tanked (just 10 liter needed or E5)

Very helpfull workers, easy process, they are not like others (goldcar) trying to scam you. Highly recommended.

The car hire office was in the arrival area of Genova Airport then the pick up was a couple of minutes walk from there, so easy. The car was good condition and whole process was so quick. I wanted to possibly extend the rental period , this wasn’t a problem, I just had to call or email. There was a 24 hr petrol station directly next to Hire car returns. Perfect all round

Ease of reservation. As my details are already on file, I am able to message directly to the bureau at Genova Airport using WhatsApp. They notified me immediately the extra vehicle required was ready for collection.
The desk staff and the crew that manage the vehicles are all helpful and friendly people.

At the reception the agent did not look at US but during the procedure continuer Charing with her colleague at the desk; very rude.

Everyone at the LOCAUTO Genoa Airport was very nice and helpful, and I was given a brand-new car.

Rent by it self is perfect with great prices and fast release and return,a small
issue with the cashier trying to make you pay for a better insurance or for example kid's seat was more expensive than the actual rent so from me it will be a 3.9 star

The service on the airport was simply excellent Frederico and his team member have been nice kind and helpful the truck has been clean and was ready for use.

I had a really good experience with Locauto Car Rental at Genova Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the car was brand new with not a single scratch. I deducted one star due to a slight confusion regarding the availability of cars with winter tyres. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pre-book the tyres, but I was able to upgrade to winter tires on the day of pickup.

The car was brand new car and Spotlessly clean. I landed late in Italy and the staff were waiting for me. They were very nice and very helpful. A pleasing experience with the hire company from beginning to end. Thank you.
