Very positive experience
Second time I’ve used Locauto when hiring a car in Italy. Although a different location, it was the same as the first time, no issues. Pick up was very easy and staff very friendly. Drop off just as easy. No complaints and would happily use Locauto again! The car hire location at Genoa airport is very easy to find and get out of onto the main road.

Friendly, yet thorough staff. Easy to locate for pick-up and return just outside the terminal building. Not giving five stars because the car and particularly the windscreens were very dirty. The inside of the car had been cleaned, though.

Great experience
I am renting cars every year for couple of times. The experience with Locauto has been really good from start to finish. It is worth paying a bit extra, to ensure you are dealing with an honest car rental dealer.

Overall service was good
Overall service was great. However, they wanted to charge me more than 60 euros for two liters of fuel without any notification of same. Extortion! I never received a special conditions rental page. No one informed me there would be a 45 euro charge on top of fuel. This is essentially robbery!

No problem. Good, quite new car. Helpful staff, very easy return. My only beef is that after completing all the online forms for quick pickup, I still had to waste time with more forms at the counter.
