Below expectations
While the rental experience and the staff attention was on point, the car handed over was not up to the rate standards: weak engine, no hybridization, no Android auto or Apple Car Play, no parking assistance of any kind, and an appalling overall state.
I reached out to their customer service to sort things up, but never got an answer...
I had a good previous experience with them in 2022, but this time was quite a different thing: same company, same car category, very different experience...
If you care about the car you will be driving during your rental, look somewhere else.

The car we received was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. It exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable.

We got a brand new car
We got a brand new car. Hire process and drop off were both very simple.
We had teething problems with tollways, which was entirely our lack of research/awareness. I would have appreciated a heads-up from the staff. I know it’s not a requirement, but a great piece of info to get customers to research tollways in Italy before driving off, which would have topped of your customer service.
