Great experience! Fast check-in and check-out (smart). Very good condition of the car + upgrade. No deposit. Next time will rent ONLY from LOCAUTO if possible. The only issue - connect reservation from other resource with your APP. Special thanks to the service man at the parking - I forgot to take suitcase from trunk, and despite out-of-hours, the service man opened the key-box and enable to get my stuff from the car ;)

Best car rental in Italy

I always use Locauto. They always deliver the car quickly and always pick it up quickly. The cars are new and clean. Today I returned it two hours later and there was no problem. I didn't have to pay anything extra. In Italy, Locauto is unrivaled.

This was at Genova airport. I booked because The cost was below all other agencies, when arrived I did not like the car they had set aside for me, but they changed it for me with a different vehicle to my liking even though their inventory was very low due to Easter week. The Staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. I had used locauto before at Malpensa Airport several times and will use again for sure.

Great friendliness, knowledge of English, which was very helpful since we're from Poland, and acceptance of debit cards! – very important to us. It could be a bit cheaper, but it was our first time, so we're counting on a discount for next time.

The car rental itself went smoothly and we received a very nice car. However, when we returned it, we took a wrong turn and entered a different parking area, where the barrier wouldn’t let us exit.
I went on foot three times to ask for help from the Locauto staff (two young men), but they didn’t assist us at all—in fact, they practically ignored us. In the end, another driver helped us get out of the parking area. After that, we were able to return the car, but they didn’t even inspect it—just took the key without even looking at us…
