We got a brand new car
We got a brand new car. Hire process and drop off were both very simple.
We had teething problems with tollways, which was entirely our lack of research/awareness. I would have appreciated a heads-up from the staff. I know it’s not a requirement, but a great piece of info to get customers to research tollways in Italy before driving off, which would have topped of your customer service.

Great experience
Great experience! Fast check-in and check-out (smart). Very good condition of the car + upgrade. No deposit. Next time will rent ONLY from LOCAUTO if possible. The only issue - connect reservation from other resource with your APP. Special thanks to the service man at the parking - I forgot to take suitcase from trunk, and despite out-of-hours, the service man opened the key-box and enable to get my stuff from the car ;)

I had a very good experience renting from Locauto in Genoa. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, from pick-up to drop-off. The rules and conditions were clear, with no surprises, which made everything easy and stress-free. The car was clean, in great condition, and worked perfectly throughout the rental.
