Very nice and pleasant experience with LOCAUTO
Communicating with the LOCAUTA staff at Genova airport without any problems, they are very friendly, they do their work efficiently. They enable quick pick-up of the car. The Opel Corsa car is comfortable, clean, low gas consumption. The car is of a newer generation with sensors, a camera, thus facilitating safer, safer driving.

Quick check-in, very friendly and helpful staff, clear instructions, a great new car – we really enjoyed using Locauto, our first time using it. Previously, we'd only used international car rental services, but now we'll be happy to use Locauto!

Userfriendly car rental in Italy
We rent car in Genua and return in Pisa. Everithing was perfect, we manadge everithing via website. We get better car than expected. It was almost new Opel Corsa 2025 with very low mileage around 9k km insteed Fiat Panda. All existing demadges were confirmed with rental employee before we start our trip. Took standars insurance, no issues, no deposit, all was perfect for very very reasonable price. Car had good options set like Carplay, LED automatic lights, cemera, blind spots, electric mirrors and etc.

Check out was terrible, no one was there to have a look and agreed with everything and we have charged for fuel. I complained about being charged money.
