Upon returning the car the guy working…
Upon returning the car the guy working for Locauto was really unfriendly trying to convince us that the car was a mess (it wasn't at all). His manner was really bad. He stopped when i told him that he either charged us a cleaning fee or he stopped immediately.
I don't know what the guy really wanted but i'm not choosing this company again

Rental car from Genova airport
We rented a car from Genova airport with a return in Pisa. In Genova we got Ford Puma which had marked 18 marked damages. The worst was a broken cover of luggage in the trunk. Because of this our luggage was visible from outside and we couldn’t leave it there during parking in cities. That was very annoying, another thing which drove me crazy was the smell inside of the car. It was very unpleasant smell of not refreshed vehicle.

Excellent service and availability. The only thing I didn't like much was the variety of vehicles for a person who just acquired the license plate, but it's not a bad thing because in reality they were the only ones who gave me the possibility of renting a car. I recommend them.

A wonderful car rental company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After a mix-up and a flight delay, they were very responsive and helpful without canceling my reservation. The car I drove was very clean and in good condition. The rules are clear. I recommend this car rental company!
