Excellent service with great cars
Excellent service with great cars. It is quick!! Only hassle for us was that the PICK UP location on booking.com is wrong. It directs you to go behind the airport. SO go directly to the Airport, u find Locauto office inside the airport. You need to make a contract here and just outside the office, you could pick the car

Genova. The rental personnel were nice and…
The rental personnel were nice and friendly, helping with the car. The only drawback was that it was not 100% cleaned when we got it and the pictogram showed symbols that we did not understand-there was no manual in the car, nor Parking plate, nor water in the wiping screen system. Filling the car on return next to the car rental was almost impossible with a machine that not even local Genovese people understood.
It was a wonderful car, Opel Corsa, can recommend any time. And top notch rental!

Good experience
Good experience. We arrived a little earlier than planned. The company representatives agreed to give us a car. The car they gave us was not the one we booked because it was not on the site at that time, but it was a similar model. Overall, everything went quickly and without problems. I am happy with the company's services and can recommend it.

Good staff
Good staff, could be more accomodetating as we arrive a bit earlier than expected but they made us wait 2 hours.
The reservation was specifically for a VW Golf but they never had one so we had to get a similar for the same price.
