Undue charge
Good morning! First, they put 100 Euros on my card, instead of the 0.01 Euros announced. They sent me a courtesy insurance coverage of 52.24 but they discounted it when I refunded the 100. One more piece of information: the link they sent to resolve the issue does not locate my contract.

Very easy to find a good option at Genoa airport
Very easy to find a good option at a fair price, Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast and easy car drop off. The only thing missing is the invoice of the expense and I still has not received yet. Please help me to get it as soon as possible.

Car was faulty but quickly replaced
The car was new but it had a faulty engine light coming on. We were able to swap it for another car in Milan and continued on our journey.
It was easy to extend our rental when we wanted the car for an extra week- positive experience overall and good customer service.

Good overall experience, would definitely recommend
Lady at the check in desk, was particularly helpful, friendly and informative. Pick up area for the car was close by, someone was waiting to meet us with the keys and to check over the car with us, very friendly.
Car was really nice looked almost new. Drop off for car was very straightforward
