The staff at the Genoa central office were friendly and helpful. I had a particularly awkward requirement due to my own vehicle breakdown. They gave me all the flexibility needed.

Although we reserved a Volkswagen T-Cross, we were delivered a Seat Cupra instead, and it didn’t have a navigation feature. We were charged extra for the navigation device. Since we didn't know the roads and no alternative was offered, we had no choice but to accept it
