Although we reserved a Volkswagen…
Although we reserved a Volkswagen T-Cross, we were delivered a Seat Cupra instead, and it didn’t have a navigation feature. We were charged extra for the navigation device. Since we didn't know the roads and no alternative was offered, we had no choice but to accept it

Got the car in Genoa, via Casaregis.
Personnel very helpful and kind. Mrs Michela absolutely outstanding in support to understand rent condition and car delivery back. Got a Hybrid Fiat Panda.
Car was clean and good smelling with full tank of gas. No problem or engine failure or any mechanical problem during the period I drove it.
When gave back, office open at 0755 in the morning and process was smooth and fast. I didn’t waste 5 minutes…. Great!
Absolutely outstanding value for money. Strongly suggesting.
